โ๏ธOrder Modification & Cancellation
You may modify size or color only before processing begins. Once processing starts, modifications are not possible.
Address changes must be requested via live chat or email before shipping. Changing your account address does not update existing orders. After shipment, changes are not acceptedโyouโll need to pick up at the original delivery location or contact the courier.
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by address changes without timely notice, no one available to receive the parcel, or missed courier attempts without responding to communications.
โCancellation & Refund
You may cancel your order at any time unless it's a pre-order, custom, or custom-sized item, or if the package has already been shipped.
โฉ๏ธReturn & Exchange Policy (15-Day Window)
This policy applies within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (trying on is allowed, but keep items clean).
- Wrong item / size / color / missing: Email us within 24 hours with photos; weโll reship or refund free of charge.
- Returned by Chinese Customs: We will reship once free of charge.
- Personal reasons: You cover return shipping and customs. We refund the item cost (minus original outbound shipping) within 48 hours of receiving the return.
- Change color/size: You pay return and reship fees.
Return must be initiated within 7 days and ship back promptly. Keep tags intact and avoid washing or perfuming the items.
โจCustoms-Related Returns
- If the package is returned by Chinese customs, we will reship for free.
- If returned by your local customs, you are responsible for reship fees; we'll assist with customs documentation.
๐ซNon-Refundable Situations
- Refusal to pay customs duties or not responding to customs notifications.
- Address change made after shipment.
- Loss or damage due to natural disasters (partial compensation may apply).
- Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer.
- Delivery delays in transit.
- Uninsured packages lost in transit.
๐ก๏ธLost Packages & Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If insurance was purchased and the package is confirmed lost, youโll receive a full refund for the item cost (shipping fees are not refundable). If uninsured, we may assist with claims or offer store credit case-by-case.
โ ๏ธUnclaimed or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to recipient issues (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed), weโll contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Youโre responsible for new shipping fees and taxes.
- We offer up to 3 months of free storage; packages unclaimed after this will be discarded.
