Return and Refund Policy
Order modification
1) Change the size or color options
You can modify the size or color options for orders that have not yet been processed.
Once the order is processed, the size and color cannot be modified.
2) Change delivery address:
Please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
Please understand that changing the shipping address in your personal account will not notify us of changing the shipping address for the order you are processing.
Contact us via live chat or email (yangysuccess@163.com) to notify us of changes to the shipping address for your order being processed.
Shipping address cannot be changed for shipped orders, please pick up the package at the original address or contact your local delivery person to change the shipping address for shipped orders.
Please understand that we are not responsible for lost packages in the following cases:
• Orders are moved without notifying us in a timely manner before shipment.
• No one was home when the package arrived and no one could be reached by phone.
• The parcel was destroyed by a local Courier company due to the recipient's long absence.
• Tried to contact the recipient via email/text message but never received a response.
Order cancellation and refund
Our customers have the right to cancel their orders at any time, however ServenQueenWig does not accept the following two cancellations.
1) Pre-order products, custom items, and custom sized items that we have already purchased from brands.
2) Once we have sent the package, we will not accept free cancellation.
Return and exchange
Our policy lasts 15 days. If your order is more than 15 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. (You can try it on, but please keep it clean and intact)
1) If you receive the wrong size, color, order error or order incomplete, we are deeply sorry and will arrange for a new package to be sent free of charge or a full refund. We will bear all costs in this case. Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with some photos.
2) If the package is returned by China Customs, we will re-ship it for you free of charge.
3) If you return the goods for your own reasons, the international freight and any tax incurred by our customs will be borne by you. Upon receipt of the package, we will refund the full cost of the item, but will deduct the shipping cost from our warehouse to you. Please keep the product in its original condition, with labels, do not wash, and do not smell. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package and arrange to return it within 7 days. We will refund you within 48 hours of receiving the returned package.
4) If you want to return the item to change the color or size, this is fine. You will be responsible for the international shipping cost of returning the item to us, as well as the tax incurred by our customs, and the shipping cost of reshipping it back to you.
