Order Modification

  • Size / Color: Only before processing begins. Once processed, no changes allowed.
  • Address: Contact us via live chat or yangysuccess@163.com before shipping. Changing your account address does not update the current order.
  • After shipment: Address cannot be changed; pick up at original location or contact local courier.
We are not responsible for lost packages if:
• Address changed without timely notice.
• No one home and unreachable.
• Parcel destroyed by courier due to long absence.
• Emails/texts unanswered.

Order Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel at any time, except:

  • Pre-order / custom / custom-sized items already purchased from brands.
  • Orders whose packages have already been shipped (no free cancellation).

Return & Exchange

Policy period: 15 days from delivery date.

Conditions: Unused, same as received, original packaging (try-on allowed, keep clean & intact).

Case-by-case Guide

  • Wrong item / size / color / missing: Email within 24 h with photos; we reship or refund free.
  • China Customs return: We reship once free.
  • Personal reasons: You pay return shipping + any customs tax. We refund item cost minus original outbound shipping within 48 h after receipt.
  • Change color/size: Return + reship fees borne by you.
Return window: contact us within 7 days of receipt and ship back immediately. Keep tags, do not wash or perfume.
