You can cancel your order at any time prior to international shipment, and we will process the refund according to our refund policy.

If you cancel after the parcel has been delivered, the payment will not be refunded in full. You may receive the package first and send it back to us. We will deduct the international shipping cost and any taxes incurred at our customs, then refund the remaining cost of the goods. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
